Customer satisfaction if one of our core values and the mission we aim to attain at all times. Customers can exchange or get a refund on the products purchased through this website. Please note that this Policy forms part of the Curious Shoppers Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is in any way intended to limit your constitutional rights.
You can request for refund or to exchange the product/s in the following situations:
- You do not want the product anymore
- The product is not the way you expected it to be
- The size is small or big
- The product took longer than expected to arrive
- The product is not what you ordered
- You ordered by mistake
And there may be other related reasons.
In order for the exchange or refund to be successful, the product/s must be good re-sellable conditions and the dispute must be logged within 5 days upon the receiving of the order. The order must be unused and in the condition it arrived in, with it labels and original packaging. Should the product be used or dirty or damaged by you, the refund and exchange policy may not apply. The refund and exchange process may take between 7 days to 14 days; and due to any unexpected delays (such as strikes happening in the country), the process may take up to 21 days.
